We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a Materials & Welding Engineering Specialist for a 12-month assignment starting in January 2026, with the possibility of renewal. The position is based in Bristol (United Kingdom), working from the CTR office during the Execution phase, with periodic visits to Singapore and Batam. This opportunity is open to professionals who already hold the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.

 

“Materials & Welding Engineering Specialist (M/F)”.  What will your missions and responsibilities be?

Based in Bristol with periodic missions to Singapore/Batam, the role supports the SPS Technical Lead on all welding and materials topics, ensuring technical compliance, fabrication quality, and full HSE adherence across the SPS scope.

Missions

• Ensure technical consistency, quality, and compliance of welding and materials activities
• Manage all welding/material issues and align with project standards and HSE requirements
• Collaborate with site representatives and third-party inspectors on design and fabrication reviews
• Lead by example in safety, conduct risk assessments, and ensure team HSE competency
