Which company will you be joining as a “PROJECT DIRECTOR (M/F)”?

We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a Project Director (M/F) for a 12 to 24 months contract, to lead the development and execution readiness of a strategic renewable energy project.  This role involves full project ownership, from advanced development through execution preparation, in a complex, multidisciplinary and international environment.

 

Contract & assignment details

• Contract duration: 12 to 24 months
• Work location: Paris and/or Montpellier (flexible)
• Project site: Cherbourg area
• Work mode: Residential position (office-based)

 

“PROJECT DIRECTOR (M/F)”:  What will your missions and responsibilities be?

• Lead and structure the project from development phase to execution readiness
• Define and implement project governance, organization and overall planning
• Coordinate key internal departments and external partners
• Lead the project financial structuring and secure financing (banks, investors, public funding)
• Ensure project robustness, bankability, risk management and schedule alignment
• Act as the main interface with senior management, partners and authorities
• Prepare the transition from development to execution, including contractual and execution strategy

 

What profile and skills are required for this “PROJECT DIRECTOR (M/F)” role?

• Engineering background or equivalent
• Senior experience in renewable energy or complex infrastructure projects
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in project structuring and financing
• Fluent in English and French
