Construction Contracts Administrator: What will your roles and responsibilities be?
Oversee contractual and administrative follow-up of construction contracts across the entire project.
Draft amendments, analyze claims, and verify monthly progress statements.
Coordinate with procurement, technical, and legal teams.
Monitor allocated budgets and ensure compliance with supplier and subcontractor commitments.
Act as liaison with package managers to anticipate service needs.

What profile and skills are required for this Construction Contracts Administrator position?

Education
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in contract law, engineering, or business school with a project management specialization.

Experience
7 to 10 years of experience in managing construction contracts in an industrial or oil & gas environment.
Previous experience in an EPC or EPsCm context is preferred.

Skills
Strong knowledge of contract law, tender procedures, and supplier monitoring.
Proficient in Excel and budget management tools.
Detail-oriented, autonomous, and strong negotiation skills.
Professional level of English is required.
