Where will you be working as Electrical Project Manager?

We are recruiting for one of our clients, an industrial player committed to energy transition, an Electrical Project Manager based in Dunkirk (59).

Electrical Project Manager: What will your missions and responsibilities be?

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing a strategic sub-project. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Driving the delivery of the scope according to HSEQ targets, baseline schedule, and budget
- Coordinating internal and external resources (HSE, QA/QC, engineering, supply chain, construction, commissioning)
- Managing vendors, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensuring effective interface management with other project managers
- Collaborating with EPCM on electrical engineering topics
- Overseeing ISBL electrical engineering and promoting standardization across the cluster
- Defining project objectives and deliverables (charter, WBS, planning, budget)
- Enforcing safety rules and conducting audits
- Monitoring progress, managing risks and opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards
- Supporting contract drafting and validation
- Making decisions based on expert input and collaborating with the business integration team

What profile and skills are required for this Electrical Project Manager position?

You hold a degree in high-voltage electrical engineering and have at least 5 years of experience managing CAPEX projects. You demonstrate full ownership and drive in project execution.
You are familiar with procedures in large-scale projects, including document review cycles, procurement, contract management, construction and commissioning sequences, and interface coordination.
You possess strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills, and are capable of managing complexity and aligning teams around a shared vision.
You are fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus. Knowledge of the steel industry is appreciated. You are comfortable with IT tools (Microsoft Office, EDMS software, etc.).
