To strengthen our teams and continue our growth, we are looking for a Business Manager (M/F).

 
Business Manager: What will your missions and responsibilities be?

Commercial Skills :

• Active Prospecting: Identify new clients and expand our network.
• Portfolio Management: Take charge of an existing portfolio and build long-term relationships.
• Strategic Tender Responses: Play a central role in competitive intelligence, analysis, and business follow-up to drive EP2C’s development.

Recruitment Skills :

• Understanding Needs: Collaborate closely with Recruitment Officers to define your clients' specific requirements.
• Selection and Interviews: Review CVs, conduct in-depth interviews, and negotiate hiring terms for your future consultants.

Managerial Skills :

• Project Monitoring: Ensure regular follow-up of your consultants’ assignments and activities.
• Daily Support: Respond to their requests and guide their professional development.
• Annual Reviews: Conduct evaluations to maintain high performance levels.

 
What profile and skills are we looking for in a Business Manager?

• You have a Master’s degree (Bac +5) from an Engineering or Business School,
• You have at least one year of relevant experience in a similar role,
• You have at least a professional level of English,
• You are adaptable, well-organized, people-oriented, and naturally dynamic,
• We’re already halfway there!

 
Salary and Benefits :

• €35–40k + performance-based bonus
