Which structure will you be joining as a Junior Business Manager? We are looking for a final-year intern to join our team in Balma as a Junior Business Manager (end-of-studies internship).   Junior Business Manager: What will your missions and responsibilities be? As part of a Business Unit Manager’s team, you will be supported in discovering the strategic missions of the Business Manager role. As a true conductor between clients, consultants, and internal teams, you will develop skills in three key areas:   Business Development:
  • Participate in prospecting and opening new client accounts (France and international)
  • Contribute to the sale of technical services in the Energy, Nuclear, and Life Sciences sectors
  • Monitor clients and ensure their satisfaction
  • Contribute to the commercial development strategy and the achievement of business objectives
  Recruitment:
  • Take part in identifying profiles in line with client needs
  • Write job descriptions and conduct phone pre-screenings
  • Be introduced to interview techniques and salary negotiations
  • Coordinate with recruiters and business managers
  Consultant Support and Monitoring:
  • Help onboard new consultants
  • Track project progress in collaboration with clients
  • Assist in managing human relationships and provide close managerial support
  • This internship is designed as a stepping stone to a permanent Business Manager role, offering a fast, structured, and rewarding learning curve.
  What profile and skills are required for this Junior Business Manager position?   Education: You are in your final year of a business or engineering school (Master’s level), looking for your end-of-studies internship.   Experience: A first experience in sales, recruitment, or project management is a plus but not mandatory.   Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable in dynamic, people-centered environments
  • Professional level of English (minimum B2)
