To strengthen our teams specialising in controlled environments, we are looking for a CFD & Thermal Modelling Engineer – HVAC Specialist, based in Dommartin (69).

 
What will your missions and responsibilities be as a CFD & Thermal Modelling Engineer – HVAC Specialist?

As a CFD & Thermal Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and validation of HVAC systems for critical environments (clean rooms, laboratories, pharmaceutical industry, etc.).
Working directly with the project teams, your tasks will include:

-Performing CFD simulations using Solidworks Flow Simulation (flow, thermal gradients, pressure, particle and molecular confinement, etc.)
-Conducting dynamic thermal simulations (STD) with Pléiades to evaluate the energy and thermal performance of installations
-Participating in the design of HVAC systems (AHU, ISO zoning, regulation, etc.)
- Provide technical support to project managers during the study and optimisation phases
- Write detailed technical reports: assumptions, results, interpretation, recommendations
- Contribute to technical monitoring and the improvement of simulation methodologies

What profile and skills are required for this position as CFD & Thermal Modelling Engineer – HVAC Specialist?

You are a graduate of an engineering school (or have a Master's degree) with a specialisation in thermal engineering, energy, fluid mechanics or HVAC. You have initial experience or proven expertise in CFD simulation, ideally applied to HVAC systems in critical environments.
