To strengthen our teams and continue our growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition (M/F).

Talent Acquisition (M/F): What will your roles and responsibilities be?


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Writing and publishing job offers, tailoring content to the targeted profiles
  • Collecting and defining recruitment needs in collaboration with Business Managers
  • Managing incoming applications and, in time, developing the ability to match each profile to specific client requirements
  • Identifying and approaching talents via job boards, social media, and your own network
  • Daily updates of the internal database
  • Conducting in-depth phone screenings and interviews in both French and English
  • Regular reporting to managers

 
What profile and skills are required for this "Talent Acquisition" position?

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or higher
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment within a consulting firm
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to assess candidates in both French and English
  • Team spirit, attention to detail, and autonomy
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and databases
