We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a "CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR (M/F)" for a 12-month renewable contract based in Ile-de-France, France.
“CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR (M/F)” What will your missions and responsibilities be?
The tasks to be performed are:
- Support the preparation, evaluation, and drafting of tender and contract documents
- Ensure proper coordination and compliance of the procurement process with internal procedures and applicable regulations
- Organize and update procurement documentation, procedures, and filing systems
- Monitor and report on contract execution, financial commitments, and supplier performance
- Perform due diligence checks on suppliers and maintain related records in collaboration with the Compliance Officer
- Use procurement tools and systems such as ERP (MBC), E-sourcing, and AGORA, and support their proper usage
- Assist with vendor creation, purchase order management, and system user training
- Participate in audits, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to process optimization
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and travel as required between offices and project sites
- Ensure alignment with HSSE standards, company ethics, and the Code of Conduct in all C&P-related activities
What profile and skills are required for this “CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR (M/F)” role?
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Contracts & Procurement, Business, Accounting, or a related field, with ideally 5+ years of experience in contract administration
- Procurement Experience: Proven experience in procurement processes including market analysis, international tenders, and application of relevant standards, regulations, and procedures
- Tools & Systems: Proficient in procurement software such as Ariba, ERP (MBC), and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong team spirit with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including international teams, vendors, subcontractors, affiliates, and headquarters
- Organizational Skills: Excellent personal and business organization abilities
- Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in French required
