Where will you work as a Supplier Quality Inspector (Electrical and Control/Command Equipment)?
We are looking for a Supplier Quality Inspector (Electrical and Control/Command Equipment) for one of our clients in the industrial engineering sector, based in Grenoble.
Supplier Quality Inspector (Electrical and Control/Command Equipment): Your Missions and Responsibilities
Supplier Quality Control

Receive, analyze, and archive technical and quality documentation from suppliers.

Process associated quality orders: validation or management of non-conformities within the required deadlines.

Verify the compliance of electrical and control/command equipment.
Manufacturing Follow-up and Inspections

Monitor the progress of manufacturing and test/FAT procedures at suppliers’ facilities.

Conduct quality inspections and validate the proper execution of tests and trials.

Prepare inspection and FAT reports, and regularly update the project team on manufacturing progress.

Participate in final receptions and prepare the related acceptance reports.

Identify and formalize any reservations, then follow up on their resolution with suppliers.
Non-Conformity and Deviation Management

Handle deviations: drafting, monitoring action plans, and ensuring closure within internal deadlines.

Analyze and manage non-conformities: verification, corrective actions, and closure according to quality indicators.
Profile and Skills Required for the Supplier Quality Inspector (Electrical and Control/Command Equipment) Role

Strong knowledge of electrical principles, control panels, and electrical diagrams.

Experience in inspection, auditing, document control, and management of non-conformities and deviations.

Knowledge of Marine Class standards (a plus).

Professional proficiency in French and English.

Electrical authorization: H0V B0.

Equipment: electrician tools and measuring devices (voltage, current, resistance).
