EasyPlant Coordinator

We are hiring, on behalf of an energy/refining-petrochemicals/biofuels client, an EasyPlant Coordinator to be based in Grandpuits (77), France.

EasyPlant Coordinator — Missions & Responsibilities

  • Set up, deploy and operate the EasyPlant software throughout the project lifecycle (Planning, Quality/Site QC, Baselines, Database and other applicable modules).

  • Define software needs with the Project Team (modules, potential developments) and coordinate the head-office initiated roll-out.

  • Integrate tag lists and ensure data consistency across stakeholders.

  • Prepare and deliver user trainings (Technip, End-Client, Contractors).

  • Lead/join EasyPlant KOM sessions on site; act as the on-site EasyPlant focal point.

  • Capture lessons learned to the Methods Manager (feedbacks, enhancement proposals) and draft development requests interfacing with the Construction Methods Department.

  • Update project procedures linked to EasyPlant when needed; verify site staffing adequacy vs. tool-driven workload (schedule evolution, abnormal conditions).

Ideal profile & skills

Education

  • Technical degree (Associate to Engineering School).

Experience

  • ≥5 years in revamping/major turnarounds within petrochem/refining.

  • Hands-on experience running a site progress/quality tracking tool (construction & pre-commissioning).

  • Familiar with QHSES processes and material management tools; able to produce feedback and concise reports.

  • Exposure to planning environments.

Skills

  • Strong IT/data & database skills; tool integration mindset.

  • Coordination across Owner/EPC/Contractors; user training & change management.

  • Procedure-driven and documentation-savvy; EPC site culture (refining/petrochem/biofuels).
