EDF nuclear electrical method preparer

We are seeking a Methods Preparer (M/F) for our client specializing in the nuclear sector.

Location: Saint-Vulbas, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France

--> Travel to client and supplier sites will be expected.

Experience: 5 years

Contract: Estimated duration of the service: 3 to 6 months

Your Duties

Documentation
Write and compile work completion files (intervention procedures, intervention monitoring files, list of applicable documents, etc.),
Define the material resources and tools for each project,
Participate in the organization of interventions until the completion of prerequisites,
Provide a technical interface during the construction phase, supporting operational entities,
Comply with and enforce quality and safety regulations,
Provide assistance to Project Managers. Analyze design files from the design office
Convert design files into construction files according to the type of contract and the production schedule established by your management
Define the construction phases in line with the design file (prefabrication, anticipation, construction)

Materials and Logistics
Prepare and manage the documentation aspect of the construction site, as well as the requirements for materials and tools for the project.
Participate in the selection of subcontractors and suppliers, in conjunction with the Purchasing department or the project manager.
Monitor contract performance conditions.
Manage inventory and logistics.
Propose areas for improvement.
Prepare supply requests.
Implement methodologies and processes.
Prepare system requests from clients (construction, RTR, etc.).

Other
Monitor the purchase of consumables required for various projects.
Participate in start-up meetings and/or prerequisites clearance meetings upon request.
Participate in feedback sessions.
Actively participate in the company's continuous improvement and safety process.

Required Qualifications
The service will be provided in a nuclear technical environment. To meet this requirement, the following requirements will apply:

Education:
You hold a higher education in electrical engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent
HN3 qualification

Experience:
You have significant initial experience in a nuclear environment.

Skills:
You have sound knowledge of electrical engineering/locksmithing and the preparation of technical interventions.
You are rigorous in applying procedures and comfortable with document management.
You are comfortable with office tools (Office Pack) and IT.
You are familiar with the specific requirements of interventions in a quality-controlled environment.
You are a team player and have a sense of responsibility.
With good writing skills, you are able to produce reports and implement processes.
