What kind of organization will you join as a Senior Process Project Manager?

We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our industrial partners, a Senior Process Project Manager (M/F) to lead major technical projects related to the design and commissioning of production units. You will join a dynamic organization built on technical expertise, innovation, and a strong industrial commitment.

 
Senior Process Project Manager: What will your responsibilities be ?

As a Senior Process Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full management of complex industrial projects, from initial feasibility studies to operational commissioning. You will operate in a multidisciplinary environment, working closely with clients, internal teams, and external contractors.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Technical and financial project management
  • Oversee feasibility studies, costing, technical supervision, contractor coordination, and budget control until commissioning.
  • Team management
  • Lead and motivate a team of project engineers and technicians assigned to your projects.
  • Ensure proper coordination, guidance, and performance monitoring.
  • Client relationship management
  • Build and maintain a trusted relationship with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Anticipate needs and provide technical support and solutions.
  • Promotion of company services
  • Highlight the company’s expertise and technical capabilities.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to prepare and submit tailored proposals.
 
What profile and skills are needed for this Senior Process Project Manager role ?

• Education:
Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:
Minimum 20 years of experience in industrial project execution, including the design, realization, and commissioning of production units in sectors such as food & beverage, cosmetics, or fine chemicals.

• Technical skills:
Design and sizing of complete industrial processes.
Development of process and utility diagrams (PFDs, P&IDs).
Strong process technology knowledge (drying, fermentation, evaporation, etc.).
Solid understanding of other disciplines: mechanics, piping, boiler-making, electricity, automation.
Writing technical specifications, managing tenders and purchase orders, and supervising suppliers.
Overseeing equipment acceptance and commissioning phases.

• Soft skills:
Proven leadership and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and analytical mindset.
Commercial awareness and interest in industrial challenges.
Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

• Languages and other requirements:
Good command of technical English.
Valid driver’s license is essential.
