Which organization will you be joining as HR officer?

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR officer to join our Dublin (Ireland) office for a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering strong international exposure.

 

HR officer – What will be your key responsibilities?

 

As an HR Officer, you will act as a central point of contact for consultants, clients, and internal teams, managing mobilization, HR administration, logistics, and payroll support.

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

 

Consultant mobilization & onboarding:

 

  • Coordinate international mobilizations in line with client needs.
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and handle pre-employment checks.
  • Organize onboarding processes: health insurance, medical appointments, mandatory trainings, and administrative documentation.

 

Administrative & logistical support:

 

  • Act as the first point of contact for consultants and clients on HR/admin matters.
  • Arrange accommodation, transport, and mission planning.
  • Assist with visa/work permit applications and ensure compliance with local regulations.

 

Payroll support & HR data management:

 

  • Track timesheets, sick leave, probation documents, and benefits.
  • Process monthly payroll using internal HR systems.
  • Manage offboarding processes and ensure proper documentation closure.

 

HR reporting & compliance:

 

  • Maintain and update employee records with accuracy.
  • Stay up to date on employment legislation and internal policy compliance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR procedures and systems.

 

What profile and skills are we looking for in our HR officer?

 

Education:

 

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • CIPD qualification is a strong advantage.

 

Experience:

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a busy HR or administrative role.
  • Exposure to payroll or accounting tasks is a plus.
  • Experience in an international or consulting environment is desirable.

 

Skills:

 

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service mindset.
  • Detail-oriented, discreet, and reliable.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Type of contract: Fixed-term – 12 months (with potential extension)
