Where will you work as a HVAC Engineer ?
Founded in 2014, EP2C ENERGY is a fast-growing technical assistance company operating in the fields of Energy (Renewables, Oil & Gas, Nuclear), Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, and Agri-food industries), and Large Industrial Constructions (Mining, Construction, Water Treatment, Petrochemicals, and Chemicals).
Our industrial engineering design office, Cabinet Russier, operates nationwide as a consultant and project manager. It is a recognized expert among major global industrial clients, particularly in air treatment, industrial fluids, and utilities.
As a human-scale organization, Cabinet Russier places people and technical expertise at the core of its culture.
To strengthen our team and support our ongoing growth, we are looking for a HVAC Engineer based in Dommartin.
HVAC Engineer – What will your responsibilities be?
Within our design office, your responsibilities will include:
What profile and skills are required for this HVAC Engineer role?
We are looking for an engineer with minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. You should have project management skills, be proficient with MS Project, have a working knowledge of AutoCAD, and be comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Fluency in English is a plus.
You should demonstrate autonomy, teamwork, analytical and writing skills, a strong sense of initiative, and a service-oriented mindset. Your interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and commitment are key assets.

- Defining user requirements
- Performing thermal, airflow, and hydraulic calculations
- Selecting appropriate equipment
- Preparing budgets
- Planning studies and works
- Writing technical specifications
- Creating preliminary drawings and diagrams
- Designing HVAC systems
- Participating in the definition of user needs
- Managing the project through design, implementation, commissioning, handover, and qualification phases
- Ensuring full autonomy in your missions
