In what structure will you be an Industrial and Environmental Risk Engineer ?
We are looking for an industrial and environmental risk engineer (ICPE: classified installations for environmental protection) for one of our clients in the energy sector, based in Bagneux (FR-92).
Industrial and Environmental Risk Engineer : What will your tasks and responsibilities be ?
As an Industrial and Environmental Risk Engineer, you will be responsible for :
- Preparing regulatory files (notifications, case-by-case reviews, etc.);
- Conducting hazard studies;
- Preparing Environmental Authorization Application Files (impact studies, hazard studies, etc.);
- Drafting specifications and consulting on regulatory studies;
- Performing risk modeling and analysis;
- Providing regulatory support for projects and sites;
- Supporting and presenting regulatory files to the Administration (candidates with insufficient oral fluency in French will not be considered);
- Conduct meetings in French and English with Air Liquide's global engineering teams (minimum B2 level in professional French and English required).
What profile and skills are required for this Industrial and Environmental Risks Engineer position ?
You have a degree in environmental engineering or equivalent (five years of higher education), and you have at least five years of post-graduate experience. You are fully proficient in:
- ICPE files (EDD, review, PCIG, PPRT/urban planning, operator transfer)
- Scenarios, modeling (phenomenology, PHAST)
- DAE, impact studies, public inquiries, CODERST
- Protected species, biodiversity, wetlands, ERC measures
- Urban planning law (building permits, development permits, demolition permits, prior declarations)
- Professional level of French and English is required
