Industrial Piping Draftsman

In which structure will you work as a Piping Designer / Preparator (M/F) ?

We are recruiting for our partner, an industrial player with over 45 years of experience, specialized in engineering, construction and maintenance, a Piping Designer / Preparator (M/F).
Based in Compiègne (60), the subsidiary (50 employees) is experiencing strong growth and works on industrial piping projects for clients in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and industrial sectors.

 
Piping Designer / Preparator (M/F): What will be your missions and responsibilities?

• Carry out studies and installation drawings for industrial piping networks.
• Design and model piping systems using SolidWorks (Piping module).
• Prepare general arrangement and detailed drawings with AutoCAD.
• Contribute to the development of isometrics, supports and piping layouts.
• Work closely with engineering and construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and QSSE requirements.

 
What profile and skills are required for this Piping Designer / Preparator position ?

Education:
Technical degree (Bac+2 / Bac+3 or equivalent) in industrial design, mechanical engineering, or similar.

Experience:
Proven first experience in a design office, ideally in industrial piping.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical, cosmetics or process industries would be a plus.

Skills:
Proficiency in SolidWorks (Piping module).
Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Ability to read and produce isometric drawings.
Rigorous, organized and a good team player.
