What kind of structure will you be joining as an industrial project manager?
We are looking for an industrial project manager for one of our clients in the food industry.
Industrial project manager – What will your missions and responsibilities be?
As an Industrial Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the various project managers for the internal policy.
Main areas of the role:
- Experience in industry and production
- Knowledge of the industrial environment
- Experience in manufacturing plants
- Active participation in IT deployment
- Understanding client needs on the field
- IT project management and deployment
- Implementing model bodies
- International scope and mobility required
- Fluent English is a must
- Based in Laval, with international mobility (approx. 50 days/year)
- 25% travel to global export and international locations: France, North America (EU), South Africa, Australia, South America
What profile and skills are required for this industrial project manager position?
Education: Degree in Engineering or related field
Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years in industry, ideally in the food industry
Technical skills:
- Industrial experience, ideally in the food industry
- Functional management
- Solid knowledge of industrial operations
- Leadership and good interpersonal skills
- Expertise in V-cycle and Agile methodologies
- IT skills: Experience with IT deployment
- Ability to structure and organize processes
- Field experience: Capable of intervening on-site and collaborating with operational teams
- Implementing model bodies
