Business Engineer (M/F): What will be your missions and responsibilities?

 

You will act as the conductor between our company, our clients, and our consultants.

This position will allow you to develop the following skills:

• Commercial skills: prospecting new clients, managing an existing client portfolio, responding to tenders, monitoring competitors, as well as analyzing, studying, and tracking projects to ensure EP2C’s growth.

• Recruitment skills: yes, you will be responsible for addressing client recruitment needs: clearly communicating your clients’ requirements to the dedicated Recruitment Officer; reviewing suitable CVs, conducting interviews, and negotiating employment terms for your future consultants.

• Managerial skills: recruiting consultants is only part of the job—you will also monitor their assignments/activities, respond to their requests, support them daily, and conduct their annual performance reviews.

What profile and skills are required for this Business Engineer position (M/F)?

• You hold a degree from a Business or Engineering school.

• You have at least a professional level of English.

• You have already developed commercial and/or technical skills.
