To strengthen our teams and support our growth, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager / IT and Network Technician (M/F) based in Balma (31130), at our headquarters.
Junior Project Manager / IT and Network Technician (M/F): What will your responsibilities be?
Reporting to the CIO, the candidate will support the current IT team with a range of missions, including project management assistance, technical support for infrastructure upgrades (migration to the cloud), and user support for headquarters and subsidiaries.
The current scope includes various tools that are already in place and/or require follow-up within the framework of project management.
Tools currently in place:
HR management
Recruitment management
Specific business management software
Tools being deployed:
ERP
Entra / Intune
Telephony management
MDM (Mobile Device Management)
IT asset management
User request management
Other tools will be added depending on user needs.
Our expectations:
Assistance in software and technical project management:
Gathering user needs
Writing specifications
Scheduling workshops
Drafting meeting minutes
Coordinating with service providers
Monitoring project progress
Technical support for users:
Handling support requests
Analyzing issues
Providing support to users in France and internationally for daily tool usage
Cross-functional IT responsibilities:
- Creating various user support documents
- Managing users and access rights in Active Directory
- Managing access to file systems
- Managing IT assets and servers
- Configuring user workstations
- Configuring servers
- Incident tracking and management
- Providing technical support in collaboration with external service providers
- Managing relationships with service providers and suppliers
- Tracking the allocation and return of IT equipment
- Reporting to the manager and raising alerts when necessary
- The above responsibilities may evolve depending on the candidate’s autonomy.

Bachelor’s in Computer Science with a focus on project management
Master’s in IT Management
