Legal Counsel (M/F) : What company will you be joining as a Legal Counsel?

To strengthen our teams and support our continued growth, we are currently looking for a Legal Counsel (M/F) based in Toulouse.

Legal Counsel – Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Group Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the legal compliance and security of the Group’s activities and for supporting Management in strategic and operational matters.

Legal Advisory & Compliance

  • Advise Management and operational teams on legal matters (labour law, commercial law, corporate law, M&A).
  • Draft, review, harmonize and update contracts and legal templates.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in countries of operation (compliance, anti-corruption, sanctions).
  • Conduct legal monitoring and manage litigation in coordination with external legal counsels.

Employee Relations

  • Organize employee representative elections and ensure follow-up with the Social and Economic Committee (CSE).
  • Prepare, attend and contribute to CSE meetings.
  • Manage the annual employee relations calendar (mandatory consultations, collective bargaining, company agreements).
  • Participate in collective negotiations and draft related company agreements.

Profile Required

  • Master’s degree in Law (Business Law, Labour Law or Commercial Law).
  • At least 5 years’ successful experience in a similar role.
  • Pragmatic, business-oriented mindset with strong adaptability.
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis and advisory skills.
