Where will you work as Maintenance Method Engineer – Rotating Equipment?
For one of our clients, we are hiring a Maintenance Method Engineer – Rotating Equipment.
Maintenance Method Engineer – Rotating Equipment: Your missions & responsibilities

Define, optimize, and implement maintenance methods for rotating equipment: pumps, compressors, turbines, and auxiliaries.

Prepare work packs (steps, tools, resources, spares) and technical instructions; support field teams during complex interventions.

Ensure HSE/quality/regulatory compliance; contribute to HAZOP, risk assessments, and continuous improvement.

Analyze asset performance and lead RCFA; monitor reliability KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability).

Deploy predictive maintenance (vibration, thermography, oil analysis); interface with OEMs and service providers.

Support pre-startup readiness: maintainability/accessibility reviews, validation of spare parts lists, special tools, and workshops.
What profile & skills for this Maintenance Method Engineer role?
Education
-
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; vibration/condition monitoring certification is a plus.
Experience
-
5+ years in power/petrochem/refining, and 3+ years in methods or reliability for rotating equipment.
Skills
-
Strong knowledge of pumps/compressors/turbines; RCM, preventive/predictive maintenance, RCFA, vibration & lube oil analysis.

Familiar with CMMS (SAP/Maximo) and planning; API/ISO/ASME standards; strong troubleshooting; solid HSE awareness.

Fluent English; spoken Turkish is a plus.
