In which organization will you be working as a Precision Mechanical Technician (M/F)?
We are seeking, on behalf of our client specialized in the manufacturing and assembly of high-precision mechanical systems for the defense sector, a Precision Mechanical Technician for a technical service assignment.

Precision Mechanical Technician (M/F): What will your missions and responsibilities be?

• Study and analyze technical specifications to determine the appropriate materials and technical solutions for manufacturing.
• Manufacture mechanical parts.
• Full mastery of mechanical manufacturing processes: turning, milling, fitting, 3D printing, etc.
• Operate machining equipment.
• Perform manual precision assembly of manufactured components.
• Check the functionality of parts and update all related documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the Design Office to optimize technical solutions.
• Assemble and install equipment on client sites, both in France and abroad.

What profile and skills are required for this Precision Mechanical Technician role?

• Education / Background:
BT in Mechanics or equivalent.

• Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.

• Personality:
Strong teamwork skills, autonomy, analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, initiative, and problem-solving mindset.

• Skills:
Proficiency in mechanical manufacturing processes, machining, precision assembly, technical interpretation, and rigorous documentation and quality control practices.

• Language:
Technical English.

• Security Clearance:
Eligible for “Secret” clearance – potential work in classified zones.

International travel: Possible
Salary & benefits: Between €30K and €38K depending on experience
