Where will you work as an O&M Leader?
For one of our clients, a global player in low-carbon energy (hydrogen electrolysis, CO₂ capture/liquefaction, e-SAF), we are hiring an O&M Leader (Senior O&M Engineer) based in Cergy Pontoise.
O&M Leader: Your missions & responsibilities

Define and formalize the O&M philosophy for process units (electrolysis, CO₂ capture/liquefaction and/or e-SAF) across FEED & EPC phases.

Build strategies for continuous operations, quality control, and asset integrity; develop preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance (incl. spare parts, LCC and subcontracting strategies).

Act as O&M technical authority in design reviews, HAZOP, 3D model reviews and risk assessments; review engineering deliverables to embed O&M requirements.

Contribute to digitalization (CMMS, predictive analytics) and drive HSE and sustainability objectives (energy efficiency, carbon footprint reduction).

Anticipate and manage O&M/EPC interfaces through commissioning to secure O&M readiness; plan O&M development, mobilisation and execution (daily/weekly/specific reporting).
What profile & skills for this O&M Leader role?
Education
-
Engineering degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Mechanical, Process or Industrial Engineering.
Experience
-
15+ years in industrial Operations & Maintenance, with proven records formalizing O&M philosophies for complex units (hydrogen electrolysis / Oil & Gas) and leading operational teams.
Skills
-
O&M concept development for electrolysis / CO₂ capture-liquefaction / e-SAF; strong reliability & maintainability mindset (ISO 55001).

Proficiency with CMMS and predictive analytics; MS Office.

Leadership in multicultural/multidisciplinary environments; excellent communication and documentation skills.

Fluent English; Danish is a plus (spoken notions).

Solid HSE background and hands-on HAZOP / risk assessment involvement.
