OPC - Ordonnancement, Pilotage, Coordination

OPC: What will your roles and responsibilities be?
Plan and monitor all construction activities, in coordination with the technical work packages of the project.
Develop detailed level 3 and level 4 schedules for the construction phases, including on existing installations.
Lead progress meetings with the various trades and update dashboards.
Identify critical points and propose solutions to ensure deadlines are met.
Work closely with HSE teams to coordinate safe interventions.

What profile and skills are required for this OPC position?

Education
Degree from Bac+2 to Bac+5 in project management, industrial engineering, or equivalent.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role in heavy industry, ideally in a refinery environment.
Familiarity with the constraints of operating units.

Skills
Proficiency in planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize.
Comfortable managing interfaces between technical work packages.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
