Industrial Project PMO / Planner

In which structure will you work as an Industrial Project PMO / Planner?

As part of a major industrial expansion, the client is seeking Project Owner Support (AMOA) through a senior PMO / Industrial Project Planner (Level 4) to lead the planning and cost control of its Master Industrial Plan.

Location: Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region (SEVESO-classified industrial site)
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 10 months

  • Mission :
Structure project methods and tools (WBS, OBS, CBS, PMP, etc.)
Update schedules, analyze critical paths, float, and risk alerts
Manage risks (risk register/ADR), logbooks, and mitigation actions
Track performance indicators and generate regular reporting
Create, maintain, and manage project schedules using MS Project
Lead project routines, prepare steering committees, and facilitate coordination

What profile and skills are required for this Industrial Project PMO / Planner?

  • Key Responsibilities
As PMO:
  • Support Project Managers
  • Define project governance processes
  • Monitor requirements, interfaces, and performance indicators
  • Assist in governance and stakeholder coordination
As Planner:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Daily tracking during critical project phases (e.g., summer shutdowns)
  • Anticipate deviations, propose adjustments, and implement corrective actions
 
  • Profile 
Proven experience in industrial projects or new works
Background in metallurgy or continuous process industries is a plus
Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong coordination, facilitation, and reporting skills
Valid H0B0 electrical safety clearance
N1/N2 certifications required for chemical areas of the site
Professional English proficiency (spoken and written) required
