In which organization will you work as a Planning Engineer Primavera?
We are looking, for one of our clients in the energy sector, for a Planning Engineer Primavera, who will be based in Villeurbanne.
On project(s): VERSO DEZIR (FEED) and possibly multi-project assignments (to be confirmed).
Under the supervision of the Lead Planner on the Verso Dezir FEED project:

Update the Level 3 Master Schedule (Primavera P6) for the FEED phase

Support the development of the overall EPC project schedule

Resource the schedule according to the Earned Value Method
-
Prepare the related explanatory notes: assumptions, identification of interfaces, resources, critical path, risks and opportunities

Ensure schedule control: progress monitoring, forecasts, scenario analysis, schedule tracking and interface follow-up

Propose preventive measures to ensure objectives are met, or corrective actions in case of confirmed delays

Participate in the preparation of internal and external progress reports

Attend internal progress meetings and meetings with the Client

Possible multi-project assignment

Good knowledge of the interfaces and sequencing between Engineering, Procurement, Construction contracts, and Construction phases (Renewable Energy, Circular Economy, Chemicals, Industry, Gas, Petrochemicals sectors)

Rigor, adaptability, autonomy, proactive communication, and team spirit
-
Proficiency in planning tools such as PRIMAVERA P6 and MS Project, as well as the Microsoft Office suite and collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI)

English and French required

Strong command of PRIMAVERA P6, MS PROJECT, and office IT tools
