What kind of structure will you be joining as a Process Visual Inspection Engineer (M/F)?
We are looking for a Process Visual Inspection Engineer for one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, based in Limoges.
Process Visual Inspection Engineer : What will your missions and responsibilities be?
Within the engineering department, the process engineer will contribute to the launch of the Basic Design study for the implementation of a new automated visual inspection unit for syringes, cartridges, and vials. You will work closely with the Production, MSAT, and Quality departments.
Main responsibilities include:
- Coordination of meetings, capturing information, and drafting URS (User Requirement Specifications) and vision CDC (technical specification documents).
- Capacity study.
- Conducting risk analyses.
- Analyzing semi-automatic/automatic equipment scenarios, medium/high cadence, and equipment flexibility.
- Decision support analysis and decision-making tools.
- Liaising with suppliers to explore technical solutions and cost estimates.
- Creation of a failure database.
- Developing a qualification and validation strategy.
What profile and skills are required for this Process Visual Inspection Engineer position?
Education: Engineering degree.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience on automatic or semi-automatic visual inspection line projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards (GMP, FDA, 21CFR11, GAMP).
- Proficiency in project management methods and tools.
- Fluency in professional English.
