We are looking for an Offshore Project Engineer for our client, a company specialized in the offshore energy sector.

What will your roles and responsibilities be?
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project manager and stakeholders.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to meet project requirements.
Conduct technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to support decision-making.
Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective measures.
Review technical documentation including specifications and reports.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies for effective communication.
Support and guide the project team throughout the project lifecycle.
What profile and skills are required for this Offshore Project Engineer position?
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
Proven experience in project engineering (Planning, Interface, Package) within the offshore oil & gas industry.
Skills:
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Well-organized, detail-oriented, with a focus on quality
Strong decision-making and leadership capabilities
Familiarity with SBM products and third-party relations
Experience in contract change management, risk management, and negotiation
