In which structure will you be QA/QC Lead?
We are recruiting for one of our clients, a major industrial player involved in energy transition, a QA/QC Lead based in Dunkerque (59).
QA/QC Lead: What will be your missions and responsibilities?
As QA/QC Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance across all phases of the project, from engineering to commissioning. You will lead the QA/QC strategy, manage the quality team, and oversee the implementation of quality standards and documentation. You will ensure that all deliverables meet the required standards and support the project execution team in achieving quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
What profile and skills are required for this QA/QC Lead position?
You hold a Master's degree in a quality-related science and have at least 10 years of experience in QA/QC, including 5 years in managerial roles. You have worked on large-scale CAPEX projects, either on the client or contractor side, and possess strong project management and leadership skills. You are familiar with French construction standards and regulations, ISO 9001, and have in-depth knowledge of at least one quality discipline such as welding, painting, or metrology. You are organized, detail-oriented, committed, and communicate effectively. You are proficient with IT tools including MS Office and 3D software (AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.). Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a plus.
