What kind of structure will you be joining as a QA/QC Specialist NR-13?

 

EP2C Energy is looking for a QA/QC Specialist (NR-13) to join one of our key offshore projects on a 14×14 rotation schedule.

 

QA/QC Specialist NR-13: What will your missions and responsibilities be?

 

As a QA/QC Specialist, you will oversee quality assurance and control activities onboard offshore platforms, with a particular focus on materials inspection, pressure equipment, and documentation in line with NR-13 standards.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

• Supervising inspections of piping and pressure equipment
• Performing quality control of materials, welding, and technical documentation
• Ensuring implementation of inspection procedures and compliance with NR-13 requirements
• Monitoring non-destructive tests (LT, UT, PM, thickness measurements)
• Managing non-conformities and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance reporting

 

What profile and skills are required for this QA/QC Specialist NR-13 position?

 

Nationality: Brazilian

 

Location: Offshore platform – 14×14 rotation

 

Language: Intermediate English preferred

 

Education: Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

 

Valid Abendi certificates (or equivalent) in:

 

• Liquid Penetrant Testing (LT)
• Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
• Magnetic Particle Testing (PM)
• Thickness Measurement
• IRATA certification (rope access) is highly desirable

 

Experience:

 

• Proven offshore experience in inspection, QA/QC, and NR-13 compliance
• Strong command of pressure equipment integrity and inspection techniques

 

Contract type: Outsourcing – 1 year
