In which organization will you be working as a Quality Control & Process Manager ?

 

We are hiring, on behalf of one of our major clients in the pharmaceutical industry, a Quality Control & Process Manager for a permanent position based in Évry-Courcouronnes (91), France.

 

Quality Control & Process Manager : What will your missions and responsibilities be? 

 

Reporting to the Head of Quality Control, you will act as a liaison between the quality control laboratories and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring full compliance and maintenance of quality processes within the QC department.

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

 

Stability Management:

 

  • Drafting stability protocols and reports in English
  • Planning analytical timelines
  • Monitoring results (both in-house and subcontracted)

 

Continuous Improvement of Quality Processes:

 

  • Organizing and leading operational excellence projects
  • Optimizing equipment, reagents, and quality documentation
  • Integrating regulatory updates into current processes

 

Quality Events Management:

 

  • Participating in or leading investigations on deviations, OOS (Out of Specification), and analytical incidents
  • Implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Managing Change Controls related to the laboratory

 

Support to Analytical Platforms:

 

  • Supporting scheduled interventions (maintenance, qualification, verification)
  • Overseeing and coordinating equipment within the Quality Control Laboratory

 

What profile and skills are required for this Quality Control & Process Manager position? 

 

Education:

 

  • Bac+2/3 (equivalent to Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree) with at least 8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical industrial site
  • Or Bac+5 (equivalent to Master’s degree) with initial experience in the pharmaceutical industry

 

Required Skills:

 

  • Strong written English is essential
  • Knowledge of Lean Management and Continuous Improvement principles
  • Belt certification (Yellow, Green, or Black) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Service-oriented, team spirit, and strong organizational skills

 

Salary & Benefits:

Salary based on profile and experience. Additional benefits linked to client policies and position level (to be defined depending on the offer).
