In which organizational structure will you be working as Engineering Manager ?

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, for an Engineering Manager, to be based in the Lot-et-Garonne region.
 
MISSIONS

Lead and coordinate all activities of the Design Office in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager.

You will be responsible for the design and implementation of general facilities (steel structures, piping, insulation, etc.) in compliance with process requirements, safety standards, quality protocols, and allocated budgets across sites X and Y.

What profile and skills are required for the position of Engineering Manager ?

Required Knowledge (KNOWLEDGE):

Engineering degree or equivalent (e.g., Technical Degree + proven experience)
Familiarity with industrial utility systems
Knowledge of chemical process installations, sterile environments, cleanrooms and/or controlled atmospheres
Familiarity with GMP standards and technical regulations
Technical expertise in industrial process and facility design
Solid foundation in chemical engineering

Required Technical Skills, Tools and Methodologies (KNOW-HOW):

Design and operation of industrial utility systems
Design and understanding of chemical process systems, sterile environments, and cleanroom facilities
Mastery of GMP compliance and applicable technical regulations
Proficiency with company-specific IT tools (CAD / SAP), including AutoCAD, PidexCAD, SAP
Familiarity with Ennov (consultation module)
Project management capabilities
