In which organization will you work as an HVAC Project Manager (M/F) ?


We are looking for one of our clients in the pharmaceutical sector for an HVAC Project Manager (M/F) , based in Rouen OR Lille for a permanent contract directly with the client.

 

Context

As part of the development of Life Sciences projects, we are seeking a Project Manager with solid experience in pharmaceutical environments and cleanrooms.

The scope of the role has been expanded and requires a hands-on, execution-oriented profile, capable of managing complex projects from the study phase onward, in EPC / EPCM mode, with strong technical and financial accountability.

Projects are carried out in existing, operational environments, requiring excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively on occupied sites.


HVAC Project Manager (M/F) : What will your missions and responsibilities be?


In close collaboration with the Agency Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Technical, financial, and contractual management of large-scale projects, in compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality requirements;

  • Coordination of internal and external teams: engineering office, site management, subcontractors, and partners;

  • Active participation in technical studies: P&IDs, equipment specifications, calculations, and system sizing;

  • Management of contractual aspects, including compliance with client specifications, standards, and schedules;

  • Financial monitoring of projects, with regular reporting to management;

  • Ensuring compliance with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements.

 

What profile and skills are required for this HVAC Project Manager (M/F) position?

 

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience;
  • Proven experience in a similar role;
  • Strong expertise in HVAC, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry / cleanroom environments;
  • Ability to be immediately operational.


Skills & competencies

  • Excellent skills in planning, interdisciplinary coordination, and financial monitoring;
  • Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and joint ventures / consortiums;
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry processes and regulations;
  • Strong technical command of HVAC systems and utilities;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong sense of priorities, teaching mindset, agility, and strategic perspective.


Education

  • Engineering degree (or equivalent with significant experience);
  • Specialization in energy and/or thermal engineering.
