In which organization will you work as a Rotating Equipment Engineer?
We are looking, on behalf of one of our clients in the energy sector, for a Rotating Equipment Engineer, based in Nanterre.
- Review and understand the contract
- Prepare specifications, datasheets, and requests for quotation for discipline equipment
- Review vendor offers, organize clarification meetings, and prepare Technical Bid Tabulations (TBT) for assigned equipment
- Prepare purchase documentation
- Review and comment on vendor documentation
- Participate in testing activities
These tasks will be carried out under the supervision of the Project Lead Rotating Engineer or the Head of the Rotating Equipment Department, depending on the project.
- Proven experience as a rotating equipment specialist engineer
- Strong knowledge of relevant equipment (centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, pumps, gas turbines, steam turbines)
- Mandatory knowledge of API 617 and API 616 standards
- Ability to work in compliance with contractual requirements
- Good command of English (for interactions with suppliers)
- Technical reporting skills
- Offshore experience is a plus
