Multi-Disciplinary Project Manager: What will your missions be?

 

The Senior Multi-Disciplinary Project Manager oversees complex All-Discipline (TCE) projects, primarily in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, and Industrial sectors, from early design phases through to delivery. They ensure compliance with quality, cost, schedule, safety, and regulatory objectives, acting as a key client contact.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage TCE projects (industrial buildings, production units, laboratories, clean rooms)

• Coordinate all engineering phases: feasibility, conceptual/technical design (APS/APD), detailed design (PRO, DCE), execution, permits, supervision, commissioning, and qualification (QC, QI, QO, QP)

• Oversee multidisciplinary studies (Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structure, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Process, Utilities)

• Integrate Life Sciences / Pharma requirements: GMP, ISO, zoning, flows, qualification/validation

• Lead internal project teams and external partners

• Manage project costs, schedules, risks, and contracts

• Monitor construction work, site safety, and project handover

• Serve as the main client interface, ensuring overall satisfaction

Profile Sought

• Education: Master’s degree (Engineering school or equivalent)

• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in TCE project management, including significant experience in Life Sciences / Pharma / Industrial sectors

• Skills:

  • Mastery of TCE projects and engineering phases

  • Strong technical and regulatory knowledge

  • Financial and contractual management

  • Project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)

• Qualities: rigor, organization, analytical mindset, leadership, excellent interpersonal skills
