We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a "Social Worker (M/F) for a 12-month contract based in Paris (France).

 

“Social Worker (M/F)” What will your missions and responsibilities be?

The Social Worker supports employees facing personal, family, or professional difficulties in order to promote their well-being and help them remain in employment. He/she listens, advises, and guides employees toward appropriate support systems, while acting as a mediator between the employee, the company, and external organizations. In collaboration with Human Resources and Occupational Health services, he/she contributes to the prevention of psychosocial risks and participates in the implementation of collective initiatives aimed at improving quality of life at work and fostering social cohesion.

 

What profile and skills are required for this “Social Worker (M/F)” role?

Holder of the State Diploma in Social Work, the professional possesses a solid knowledge of social legislation and support systems. Endowed with strong listening, discretion, and analytical skills, he/she is able to build trusting relationships and work effectively within a multidisciplinary network. Proficiency in office tools, a strong sense of confidentiality, and excellent communication abilities are essential to successfully carry out the role.
