In which structure will you work as a Commissioning Supervisor – Handling & Utilities Package?

We are looking for one of our clients in the renewable energy sector for a Commissioning Supervisor – Handling & Utilities Package, based in Guadeloupe.

Commissioning Supervisor – Handling & Utilities Package: What will be your missions and responsibilities?
Lead and perform commissioning of handling and utilities equipment.
Ensure transition from construction to commissioning (tests, documentation verification, punch list closure).
Carry out LV electrical tests, instrumentation and control systems commissioning.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
Perform cold commissioning (I/O checks, fluid tests) and hot commissioning (industrial start-up, tuning, troubleshooting).
Guarantee safety and regulatory compliance.
Deliver daily reports and consolidate commissioning quality documentation.
Support training of operators and maintenance staff.
Act as technical interface with mechanical subcontractors.

What profile and skills are required for this position?
Education : Technical degree (BTS/DUT/HND) in electrical engineering, automation, instrumentation, or industrial maintenance.
Experience : Solid experience (≥ 5 years) in commissioning or supervision of industrial plants (thermal power, biomass, WtE, or industrial utilities).
Proven knowledge in LV electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
Experience with EMERSON systems (Ovation, PAC System) would be a plus.

Skills : 
Autonomy, organizational skills, and rigor.
Strong leadership on site and good communication.
Proficiency with MS Office and collaborative tools (Teams).
Basic mechanical knowledge to liaise with subcontractors.
Professional English required.
