What will your role as Nuclear Supply Chain Expert involve?


We are looking for a Nuclear Supply Chain Expert for our client specializing in the nuclear sector.
 
Nuclear Supply Chain Expert: What will your duties and responsibilities be?

As a Supply Chain Expert, you will oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process (purchasing, procurement, logistics), ensuring that products are procured efficiently within budget, on time, and in accordance with quality/compliance requirements.
In this context, your main responsibilities are:
•Strategy development: Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
•Performance monitoring: Analyze supply chain performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and ensure on-time delivery of materials from start to finish.
•Supplier management: Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers, negotiate contracts to ensure profitability and simplify the purchasing process (CPA).
•Purchasing management: Develop effective internal purchasing management, paying particular attention to local teams and suppliers. To be aligned with the Group's overall purchasing strategy.
•Data and tool integration: Oversee the implementation of new technologies to improve supply chain operations: goods traceability, improvement of the “Procure to Pay” process,
•Implementation of calls for tenders and framework contracts,
•Management of supplier bids, comparison and technical proposals.
•Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (customs duties, export controls, dual use, etc.) and master local regulations (ship imports, customs duties, etc.) and ethics.
•Facilities management and logistics: optimize building rentals, warehousing, facilities management, and local logistics transportation.

What profile and skills are required for this position?

You have solid experience in supply chain management, combining technological integration, data analysis, and risk management. You have a keen sense of financial matters.
You are recognized for your leadership and interpersonal skills, which enable you to work across departments.
You have already faced major changes, which you have successfully managed while maintaining team cohesion.

Minimum education level required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum experience level required: More than 10 years.
