We are looking for one of our clients, a major player in the energy and engineering sector, for a Vendor Performance Clerk position based in Nanterre, Origine building.
Vendor Performance Clerk: What will be your missions and responsibilities?
What profile and skills are required for the Vendor Performance Clerk position?
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position (project administration, coordination, performance monitoring, or data analysis).
Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel), data analysis tools (Power BI). Professional level of English (written and spoken). Rigorous, detail-oriented, well organized.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Vendor Performance Clerk: What will be your missions and responsibilities?
- Provide general office support (mailing, drafting/formatting letters, preparing presentations, managing VPM deliverables inventory).
- Record and monitor timesheets, track manhours and contribute to budget monitoring.
- Support onboarding of newcomers (database access requests, project tools requirements).
- Monitor and update KPIs for reporting to the project team and client.
- Support Vendor Performance Coordinators and Managers in daily activities.
