To strengthen our teams and continue our growth, we are looking for a Business Engineer (M/F) based in Port Gentil, Gabon.
Business Engineer (M/F): What will your missions and responsibilities be?
Position and responsibilities:
Reporting to the Africa Zone Manager, you will contribute to the development of your Business Unit.
You will take part in consulting assignments for companies in the energy and construction sectors.
You will prospect and develop your client portfolio. You will be responsible for negotiating commercial and contractual terms and ensuring a dynamic and long-lasting client relationship.
You will participate in the recruitment process and in managing consultants.
You will contribute to the financial management of the profit center (turnover, operating margin, etc.) and to the overall performance of the Africa zone.
You will be involved in the development of the Africa zone’s commercial strategy.
What profile and skills are required for this Business Engineer (M/F) position?
You hold a Master’s degree (BAC+5) from a Business School or Engineering School.
You have professional-level English.
You are adaptable, organized, dynamic, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
You have a strong interest in both business and technical aspects.
Fixed salary scale defined by Business France.
