To strengthen our teams and support our ongoing growth, we are currently looking for a Business Engineer (M/F) based in Antananarivo, Madagascar.

Duration of the mission : 1 year 

 
Business Engineer (M/F): What will your missions and responsibilities be?

Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for developing your Business Unit.

You will work on consultancy assignments for companies in the energy and construction sectors.
You will prospect and grow your client portfolio, negotiating commercial and contractual terms. You will ensure a dynamic and long-term client relationship.
You will manage the financial performance of your profit center (revenue, operating margin, etc.) and contribute to the success of the Africa region.
You will take part in developing the commercial strategy for Madagascar and surrounding areas.
 
What profile and skills are needed for the Business Engineer (M/F) position?

Do you have a Master's degree (BAC+5) from a Business or Engineering School?
Do you have at least a professional level of English?
Fluency in French is mandatory.
Are you adaptable, organized, a strong communicator, and naturally dynamic?
Then you're already halfway there!

If you already have commercial and/or technical experience, that's a plus — but if not, your future manager will train and guide you in all aspects of the role and the versatility it requires.

Previous professional experience in Madagascar is a strong asset.

Remuneration set by Business France.
