In which organization will you work as a VP Clerk (Multi-skilled Assistant / PMO)?

 

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients in the energy sector for a VP Clerk (Multi-skilled Assistant / PMO), based in Nanterre.

 

VP Clerk (Multi-skilled Assistant / PMO): What will your duties and responsibilities be?

  • Administrative support: mailing, drafting and formatting of letters, preparation of presentations, inventory of VPM deliverables
  • Timesheets and budget: timesheet recording, monitoring of manhours, support in budget tracking and work orders
  • Access and onboarding: handling newcomers' requests and access to project databases
  • VPM IT tools: maintenance and updating of tools, validation of the progress of updates
  • Reporting: preparation of VPM reports and KPIs for the project and the client, monitoring of the manhours budget allocated on POs

 

What profile and skills are required for this VP Clerk (Multi-skilled Assistant / PMO) position?

 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) minimum in engineering (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, etc.) or business/management school

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Inspection, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Development, Supplier Quality and/or Project Management
  • Experience with a Material Management System (e.g. Smart Material – Intergraph)
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills in their field of expertise

Technical skills

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Advanced Excel or data analysis tools: Power BI, VBA, Power Apps
  • Ability to analyze, consolidate and report reliable data

Languages

  • Professional level of spoken and written English
