Which company will you be joining as a “WTG CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN COORDINATOR (M/F)”?
We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a "WTG CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN COORDINATOR (M/F) for a 12-month renewable contract based in Ile-de-France, France with frequent travel to China and Kazakhstan.
“WTG CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN COORDINATOR (M/F)” What will your missions and responsibilities be?
The WTG Corrective Action Plan Coordinator shall ensure the monitoring of Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) suppliers, with guidance and support from company representatives (WTG package manager, construction lead, and QA/QC manager) to ensure that the suppliers’ corrective action plans are implemented in compliance with company rules, standards, and applicable international regulations. The coordinator will use audit reports and mitigation plans from turbine suppliers to monitor and report on their proposals and progress. This includes participating in several audits in China with company representatives. All matters should be consolidated into a clear dashboard, and a monthly report shall be issued by the coordinator

Missions
- Supervise turbine suppliers to ensure the implementation of mitigation plans in compliance with company standards and international regulations
- Utilize reports provided by the company and turbine suppliers to coordinate activities
- Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards for reporting to company representatives, along with issuing monthly progress reports
What profile and skills are required for this “WTG CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN COORDINATOR (M/F)” role?
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Proven expertise in wind turbine generator (WTG) quality, design, and the wind energy industry
- H2B2, BR, BC (French electrical certification) or equivalent
- Valid medical fitness certification for working at heights
- Proficiency in English, French, and Chinese
Not mandatory but considered an advantage
- Confined space work (including use of respiratory equipment)
- Chemical handling and storage
- LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) training
- Fire safety awareness
- First aid certification
- Manual handling
- Working at heights
