Objectives and Deliverables
Mission Objectives
The mission consists of:
- Independently managing a portfolio of 25 French companies (Public Limited Companies – SA and Simplified Joint-Stock Companies – SAS)
- Monitoring a French-speaking foreign company
- Organizing, for the entire portfolio:
- The paper register signing campaign: registers of board meeting minutes, general meetings, sole shareholder decisions, and share movement registers
- Share transfers occurring in case of a change of corporate officers in SAs
- The signature of attendance sheets during general meetings
