We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a “Crane Operator – Offshore/FPSO (M/F)” with previous FPSO experience for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The position is based in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), on a 14x14 rotation. This opportunity is open to Brazilian nationals or professionals who are legally authorized to work in Brazil.

Operates offshore cranes and winches in compliance with lifting procedures, weather limitations, and safety standards. Ensures familiarity with crane safety devices, alarms, and emergency operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes and lifting equipment.
- Conduct lifts in compliance with procedures.
- Ensure equipment safety and readiness.
- Mandatory Trainings (R): CBSP, CACI, CESS, TICB, CERR, MCIA
What profile and skills are required for this “Crane Operator - Offshore (M/F)” role?
Requirements:
- Education: Crane Operator certification
- Experience: 5–8 years as offshore crane operator
- Skills: Offshore lifting, emergency response, rigging safety
- Language: English basic/intermediate
- Certificates: Crane Operator License, CBSP
