We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a DrillX Change Management & Adoption Coordinator for a 12-month renewable project based in Paris (France). 

 

“DrillX Change Management & Adoption Coordinator (M/F)” What will your missions and responsibilities be?

As part of the DrillX program, the Change Management & Adoption Coordinator will:

• Assess adoption complexity, risks, and change impacts in close collaboration with PMs and POs
• Define and drive the change and adoption strategy (communication, training, engagement) aligned with the product roadmap
• Identify and engage key stakeholders and impacted populations (sponsors, managers, key users, champions)
• Formalize As-Is / To-Be business processes in alignment with product decisions
• Design and execute the adoption plan, including communication and training deliverables
• Define and track adoption KPIs and business performance indicators with the product team
• Establish change governance, consolidate user feedback, and ensure effective handover to run and local teams

 

What profile and skills are required for this “Reporting & Risk Lead (M/F)” role?

• End-to-end change strategy and adoption planning
• Stakeholder management & network facilitation (central + local)
• Adoption tracking with data (KPIs, dashboards, feedback loops)
• Change management & adoption strategies
• Impact analysis & understanding of business processes
• User communication & engagement (multi-channel)
