We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients in the Oil & Gas industry, an “E&I &Telecom Supervisor – Offshore Wind Project (M/F)” for a 3-month renewable contract in Norway.  A 2x2 rotation schedule is available.


E&I Telecom Supervisor – Offshore Wind Project (M/F):  What will your missions and responsibilities be?

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced E&I & Telecom Supervisor to lead and coordinate electrical, instrumentation, and telecom activities for pre-commissioning and commissioning of offshore floating wind generators. The role will ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of all tasks, in line with project standards and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise E&I and telecom work during pre-commissioning and commissioning phases
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and offshore operations
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during commissioning activities
• Prepare reports and documentation related to progress and system performance
  

What profile and skills are required for this E&I & Telecom Supervisor – Offshore Wind Project (M/F) role?

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in E&I and telecom supervision on offshore wind, oil & gas, or marine projects
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation, electrical systems, and telecom networks
• Experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
• Familiarity with HSE standards and offshore working conditions
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Norwegian is a plus
