Which company will you be joining as a “QUANTITY SURVEYOR (M/F)”?

We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients in the Oil & Gas industry, an “QUANTITY SURVEYOR (M/F)” for a 12-month renewable contract based in Grandpuits-Bailly-Carrois (France).  
 

“QUANTITY SURVEYOR (M/F)” What will your missions and responsibilities be?

Mission Context
  • Ongoing RC Transformation project – Grandpuits refinery (construction phase)
  • EPCm contract scheme – site-based contracts
  • Transversal coordination and interface management
  • Handling remeasurable contracts, change requests, claims & counterclaims
Objectives & Deliverables 
  • Coordinate contractor dossiers and quantity surveys
  • Verify, estimate, and forecast quantities to control costs and materials
  • Liaise with stakeholders on contract elements and execution schemes
  • Support risk management, value engineering, and cost control
  • Oversee and validate subcontractor work for payments
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
  • Advise on change requests, remeasurable dossiers, claims, and disputes
  • Contribute to lessons learned consolidation

  • On-site presence at Grandpuits required (no remote work)
