Which company will you be joining as a “Jr. Integrity Engineer (M/F)”?
We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a "Junior Integrity Engineer (M/F)” for a 36-month renewable contract.  This is a temporary and outsourced position based in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). This opportunity is open only to Brazilian nationals and the starting date is in November 2025. 


“Jr. Integrity Engineer (M/F)”:  What will your missions and responsibilities be?
Activities
  • Serve as the custodian of the Company’s SECE maintenance and test follow-up, ensuring accurate and high-quality reporting
  • Support maintenance and inspection specialists in interactions between the Company and its contractors
  • Collaborate closely with sites, Process Safety Specialists, IMR Manager, and FOPS Onshore Support Manager
  • Perform all activities in compliance with the HSE Management System, aligned with One Maestro Principles, with a focus on safeguarding the integrity of people, the environment, and Company assets and reputation
  • Participate in internal and ANP audits (SGSO, SGSS, and SGIP) and contribute to SISO reporting (supporting the ANP annual report)
  • Take responsibility for the Subsea Integrity Management System (SIMS), including SECE and SCC-CO2 management
 

What profile and skills are required for this “Jr. Integrity Engineer (M/F)” role?

Qualifications & Experience Required
  • Graduate degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering
  • Junior position with a maximum of 4 years of experience
  • Trainee experience in HSE and EP Operations
  • Experience in Equipment/Systems Integrity Management
  • Flexibility to participate in offshore assignments
  • Knowledge of Subsea Integrity Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including client relations
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Team player with a high degree of self-motivation
